Advising the paper with Ms. Gettings is more than just fun, it’s really important.
This is my seventh year advising the middle school paper here at Bedford and my 25th year advising scholastic papers. Working with scholastic journalists who are learning about and exercising their right to free speech is, to me, is a truly rewarding experience.
When not doing the paper and grading LA papers, I enjoy reading all kinds of books, fly fishing and tying flies, playing guitar, and playing paddle tennis.
Like so much of 2020, this is going to be a unique year, and I am excited that we have a team of reporters who want to cover it.
