Shivali Kanthan, Writer
Shivali Kanthan is a 7th grader in the green pod who loves to read, play the cello, draw, and write. Her favorite book series is the “Wings of Fire” series and the “Unwanteds” series. This is also Shivali’s first year in the “Ursus” newspaper. She aspires to become a writer or a teacher in the future. Shivali also has already started writing a fictional story of her own. “To be honest, I love writing stories and reading them as well,” exclaims the overly excited girl. “I just can’t wait to share my skills with the staff!”
