Fun Run Raises Pulse and Money

BMS students took part in a charity fun run on Bedford Middle School’s own turf. On Thursday, October 29th the students ran around the fields, some students logged over two miles. This was the third year of the run that raised money for Save The Children.

About 40 kids ran the course. Every half mile the runners ran, they earned a snap on bracelet. At the very end of the event, the kids were stuffing their faces with Mrs. Mary Martinik’s famous brownies.

“This is so much fun, if people would like to donate money we will keep the donations open through next week,” said Mrs. Martinik.
