You’ll Be Entrapped by Trap Music

GAWVI is the name of a new hip hop artist, and his music is amazing!

From his hit songs “In the Water” to “Late Nights,” he has over 1,650,615 views on Spotify. That’s a sign of GAWVI reaching a big audience.

Born in the Bronx in late 80s with the name of Gabriel Alberto Azucena, he is now GAWVI, a musical artist who does trap music.

Trap music is electronic rap, so if you like club music, this artist is for you.

“Me and my sister when we would clean the house we would listen to Selena, Juan Luis Guerra, all that. It just became part of us,” said GAWVI about what inspired him to write music.

GAWVI’s music is good, in my opinion, but I’m more of a pop music fan–Shawn Mendes where are you?

But someone who is into the hip hop scene would like this music.

GAWVI’s music is electronic music with rap embedded into it.

Fun, interesting, loud–this is party music with an edge.

His lyrics are clean and always surprising.

GAWVI was born on Sept. 23, 1988. His music career started in 2008, and he did some work with Lecrae and Trip Lee who are also hip hop/rapper artists. This led him then to sign with Reach Records in 2016, as both an artist and in-house record producer.

He then won a GMA Dove Award at the 46th GMA Dove Awards in the category of Rap/Hip Hop Album of the Year for his production work on “Anomaly” by Lecrae.

Then in 2016, GAWVI released two recordings called “Lost In Hue” and “Holding Hue.” On March 31 of 2017, he released another album called “We Belong,” which then led it to the 19th spot on itunes.

Someone who is into the rap/electronic scene should listen to GAWVI’s music. Well, that’s a rap.
