Riley Caney is a 6th grader in the purple pod who loves journalism. She has enjoyed writing ever since she studied journalism in 4th grade. The first article she wrote was in 4th grade about interns at LLS. She loves to find a good story to write about. Riley usually likes to write about sports. She plays a lot of sports, so writing about sports comes naturally to her. She especially loves to write about things she feels passionate about. Riley Caney loves soccer and basketball and is passionate about the environment.  Riley lives in Westport, Connecticut with her parents, two older brothers and her dog named Ginger.
