It’s football season, and there are three teams that most people in Westport hope will win it all: the Jets, The Patriots, and the Giants.

So far, the Patriots are doing the best out of the three; the Giants are 5-5 and meh. However, let’s focus on the J.E.T.S … Jets … Jets … Jets!

The Jets are currently in third place with a 5-4 record. This is pretty good, considering they were 4-12 last year so that’s already an improvement. The Jets offense features Ryan Fitzpatrick (Geno is gone!) at quarterback, Chris Ivory and Bilal Powell at running back, and Brandon Marshall at wide receiver.

The defense has Darrelle Revis and Muhammad Wilkerson, just to name two.

The Jets started out very well this year; however, after a couple games, they came back down to earth. Will they make the playoffs this year?  Nobody knows, but still, Go Jets!
