Superhero Battle for your $$
Good Guy vs. Good Guy vs. Good Guy vs. Good Guy
“Batman vs. Superman” is going up against “Captain America vs. Iron Man” in what is turning out to be a year the movie superhero companies go up against each other, competing for more viewers.
It’s Marvel vs. Universal Studios in this battle. In two movies scheduled to be released only months apart, Batman goes against Superman and Iron Man dukes it out with Captain America.
Captain America and The Avengers are coming out year after year with big selling features attracting lots of fans. The last movie was with Superman three years ago in 2013, and this is the newest of Batman since 2005 which was 11 years ago.
The only downside to the new “Superman vs. Batman” movie is that it is a new Batman. Besides the fact that he has new features to his suit he is also played by Ben Affleck. Ben Affleck has never played a role like this, and fans loved the old Batman played by Christian Bale. Does this affect the race for viewers against the two movies? True Marvel fans say they don’t want to see the two Avengers fight each other, and others can’t wait to see who will win.
Marvel has been doing amazing the past few year. They have another superhero, “Deadpool” played by Ryan Reynolds which everyone seems to love. He also played the Green Lantern, which was not a hit. “Deadpool” in the movie refers to the green lantern when he asks for “Any superhero suit except for green.”
Where has Universal Studios been? The “Superman vs Batman” reviews were horrible, but fans were amazed by the movie. At the end of “Superman vs. Batman” there is a huge lead up for the next one. It would be impossible not to make another one. Fans are excited at the fact that Universal Studios has already picked a release date for sequel to the movie. November 17th 2017. The critics have a better expectation from the Civil War movie but maybe the fans won’t like it as much.
But battle all they want, the superhero fans have really loved and been the most crazy and excited about is “Deadpool”. There are more superhero movies to come, but why so close in time? Are they seeing who has the most fans? Why is everyone so stuck on superhero movies? Is it because everyone loves them so much? Is it because people don’t want to see the original movie characters go away, or is it simply because everyone is addicted to them. Everybody loves the attack of the superheroes so it seems that there will be more to come.
