Kensley Laguerre
Hi, my name is Kensley, I am 14 years old. I am an 8th grader and I know a lot of you probably think “he is 14 and he is in 8th grader”. Yes, I am in the 8th grader. I am proud of it.
I started journalism because I love to write about sports and let people know what is going on out in the world even when there is a TV that you can watch the news. I think it very important to read the newspaper too because there’s something that you might find in the new paper that they won’t live on TV.
When I am not writing, I usually want to watch movies with my family, play games with my sister, or play kids' games with my little brother. My favorite movie actor is Dwayne Johnson. I love it when he gives that face whenever he hears a suspicious sound. Like in “Jumanji”. I love to read good books, create robot cars, and I like to do engineering projects. My favorite soccer play is Ronaldo and my favorite team is Portugal. I love to play soccer and basketball.
